Agreement to Terms

By using our website, booking appointments, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Service

Our website is provided for informational purposes, appointment scheduling, and product purchases. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities under your account.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments may be booked online or by phone. Walk-ins are accepted subject to availability.
• We ask that you arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be given to the next walk-in.
• To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 4 hours notice. Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior.

Products & Purchases

• All product prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
• Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any service or product.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Treat them like cash.

Limitation of Liability

Sharp Cuts Barber Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to grooming products. If you have known allergies or skin sensitivities, please inform your barber before your service begins.
