Welcome to the DetailPro Auto Studio website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our site or scheduling any services.
DetailPro Auto Studio provides professional auto detailing services including, but not limited to, exterior and interior detailing, ceramic coating application, paint correction, and related vehicle care services. All services are performed at our studio location in Austin, Texas.
Service descriptions and pricing displayed on our website are for informational purposes. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements assessed at the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
Appointments can be requested through our online booking form or by contacting us directly. All appointments are subject to confirmation by our team. A $50 deposit may be required for Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction services.
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Deposits for cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case any deposit will be fully refunded.
While your vehicle is in our care, it is covered by our comprehensive business insurance policy. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle. We recommend removing all personal belongings and valuables before your appointment.
By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize DetailPro Auto Studio to perform the agreed-upon services. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of the vehicle being serviced.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For fleet and corporate accounts, payment terms may be established on a case-by-case basis.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. This guarantee applies to the quality of workmanship only and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, environmental factors, or improper maintenance after service.
