2. Services

This website serves as a digital presence for InkCraft Tattoo Studio, providing information about our services, artists, portfolio, and retail products. Please note that this is a website template designed for demonstration purposes. The content, services, pricing, and business details presented are fictional and intended to showcase the template's design and functionality.

The website does not constitute an offer to provide actual tattoo services, process real transactions, or enter into any binding agreements. Any forms, booking features, or shop functionality are for demonstration purposes only.

3. Appointments and Deposits

The following policies apply to appointment scheduling as demonstrated in this template:

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment booking.
  • Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo service.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
  • Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount.
  • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours notice, subject to artist availability.
  • InkCraft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case deposits will be fully refunded.

4. Health and Safety

InkCraft Tattoo Studio is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. All clients must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age with valid government-issued photo identification.
  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process.
  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of their appointment.
  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided by their artist.

The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or whose condition may compromise the safety or quality of the procedure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and the overall layout, is the property of InkCraft Tattoo Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Custom tattoo designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of the studio and the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to wear the tattoo but may not reproduce the design commercially without permission. Flash designs displayed on this website or in the studio are original works and may not be copied or distributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

InkCraft Tattoo Studio and its website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkCraft Tattoo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
