PawParlor was founded in 2018 by lifelong animal lover and certified groomer, Megan Torres. After spending over a decade working at corporate pet chains, Megan dreamed of creating a neighborhood grooming salon where every pet would be treated like family — not just another appointment on the schedule.

What started as a small one-chair studio in East Austin has grown into a full-service pet grooming salon with a dedicated team of certified groomers, a retail shop stocked with premium pet care products, and a loyal community of pet parents who trust us with their fur babies.
