A few practical things.

We're by appointment only. The booking is a request — we'll email back within one business day to confirm, adjust, or suggest an alternate slot.

Deposits. $25 deposit on custom collection books. Credited to your appointment.

Lateness. Fifteen-minute grace window. After that we may need to reschedule — the next client is already in the room.

First-time clients. Allow an extra twenty minutes. We do a consultation. It's worth it.
